This site was born from the initiative of Alessandro Nivola, born in France and son of Sardinian immigrants
from a small village of Barbagia, Orani.
All our products are all exclusively produced in Sardinia by people who are passionate about their profession and their land.
Small producers or cooperatives, all of them have managed to combine secular know-how with current market requirements.
